Scott Sinclair is in line for a West Bromwich Albion debut against Capital One Cup opponents Newport.
The winger arrived last week on-loan from Manchester City.
Diego Lugano and Saido Berahino could also play a part for the Baggies.
Baggies boss Steve Clarke said: "We won't underestimate them and no matter how many changes I make the team will be strong enough to hopefully go through.
"The squad I've got means there are players who need to play.
''We will regroup, look at the injuries, look at the freshness of the players and make a decision on the team."
