Palermo midfielder Fabio Simplicio insists he has no idea where he will be playing next season.

The Brazilian is off contract in June and failed to get a winter market move to Roma.

Simplicio now hasn't ruled out the prospect of remaining in Sicily beyond a fourth season.

Speaking to Stadionews, he said: "I have never said that I am unhappy to stay. I want to remain in Palermo, then at the end of the season we will see what can be done.

"I want to stay here and I want to give continuity to the work that I am doing. I want to give my contribution and I will try to earn my place as a regular also because I am used to playing and I want to continue doing so."
