Gigi Simoni says Diego Simeone is desperate to take charge of Inter Milan.

And Simoni says: “I spoke to Simeone recently and he told me very clearly: he can't wait to come and be the Coach of Inter.

“The moment he's free, he will happily come back to Milan. I think he'd fit in very well here, as he suits Italian football and Inter.

“He knows how to guide players and was basically already a Coach even when he was in my team. I told him that at the time.
