Atletico Madrid enjoyed a comfortable 2-0 win over Getafe yesterday.
Fernando Torres - who scored the final penalty against the Germans - opened the scoring in the third minute following a free-kick and Tiago doubled the advantage just before half-time, also converting from a set-piece.
Atletico coach Diego Simeone said : "The team played well during the first 25 minutes, we combined well - with intensity and created a lot of chances on goal. In the end, we punished Getafe from set-pieces. I'm pleased for Torres that he scored today - Raúl Jiménez flicked it on well for him."
On Raul, he added: "It's difficult when you haven't had much playing time. His movement was good. He got better as the game went on; he looked much looser in the second half. We're convinced that he will be a key player for us Turing this final part of the campaign."
