Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone insists his team has plenty of room for improvement.
Simeone still believes in the potential in his current squad.
"I don't know what this team's ceiling is, I'm still looking for it. That's why I'm always looking to improve. The only thing that matters to me now, the only challenge, is to create a team that can compete. Right now we're competing well," said the Argentine.
"Last year will always be remembered in the history of the club, but this is a new year, which is more important than the fact everybody likes to compare one with another. I know that it isn't the same and that it isn't possible to evaluate what we have by what we had."
