Arsenal defender Mikael Silvestre is expected to face more time on the sidelines as he recovers from a thigh injury.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger confirmed that the 31-year old was still a few weeks away.

"Silvestre has had a little setback so he will be two or three weeks more," he said.

The former Manchester United player has been out of action since January 3.
