David Silva is eager for Manchester City to win the Premier League for manager Manuel Pellegrini.
The midfielder has been outstanding under Pellegrini this season.
"I hope we win the Premier League," said Silva. "Two trophies for Manuel Pellegrini in his first year would be a good year.
"To have your destiny in your own hands and be in the position where if we win all our matches we are champions is a good place to be. We have to carry on now and use that to our advantage.
"I thought we were slightly unlucky in the Champions League against Barcelona and the FA Cup was a big disappointment for us, but after the (Hull) game the team have the confidence back we had four weeks ago.
"I think in four years I've brought to the team as much as I can, not just the last game against Hull City."
