David Silva has shrugged off his winning influence on Manchester City.
There is an extraordinary statistic that City have won the last 21 games in which Silva, 28, has scored but he takes more satisfaction in being an influential member of the team.
Silva said: "I do like the responsibility and I always ask myself to embrace and take that responsibility.
"I enjoy creating goals even more than scoring them. I like to score, of course, but the important thing is to make the team play better, and I get a kick out of that.
"If I make the team play better, that's important to me."
