Manchester City winger David Silva says the squad is now fully settled.

Silva believes everyone knows their role in team this season.

"One of the reasons we're working better is because this group has settled as well," he said. "We qualified for the Champions League and have added a couple of players here and there who will help us step up a level.

"Hopefully that is going to show on the pitch. You'll see an improvement throughout this season as well.

"The team are coming together really well, players have been developing an understanding. There is definite improvement.

"That brings confidence, which allows us to express ourselves more and more. As the new signings settle, that will help us improve even more."
