David Silva says Manchester City are still adjusting to new manager Manuel Pellegrini's methods.
Silva acknowledges that, after a summer of considerable change at the club - including Manuel Pellegrini replacing Roberto Mancini as manager - City are a work in progress.
Silva said: "I think there is still room for improvement. Things are heading in the right direction but I think we maybe need to have a tighter unit.
"But once that is done, I think we will be a very good team and tough to beat."
