Manchester City winger David Silva insists he's not at Eastlands for the money.
Silva is well aware of the money hungry accusations levelled at City players.
He told the Sunday Mirror: "I know the criticism levelled against Manchester City is that the players are only here for the money.
"Of course, different players may all have different reasons for coming here. So, I suppose the only way to judge that opinion is to look at how the players perform once they are wearing a blue shirt.
"My experience so far is that every player at the club has a really competitive streak inside them.
"You see that when we play every week, but also how we train between matches.
"The only way to silence the critics who can't see past the money we earn is to give total commitment at all times. It happens all over the world that television stations choose cup games in which they think there will be a surprise, so maybe they hope there will be a shock result this time.
"But what I am sure we will do is show the opposition respect by playing to our own strengths.
"We must make sure that the television viewers don't get to see another famous FA Cup surprise."
