Silva hands Man City boss Mancini fresh injury headache

David Silva has handed Manchester City boss Robert Mancini a fresh injury headache.

Silva limped out of Spain's World Cup qualifier with France after 10 minutes.

Silva pulled up early into the match, signalled to the bench and walked straight down the tunnel and could be a doubt for Manchester City's clash with West Bromwich on Saturday.

The Spaniard has missed just one match for City so far this season - he was rested for the Carling Cup clash with Aston Villa - which leaves Mancini with a major headache as they head into an important run of matches.
