Sigurdsson happy to be latest Icelander at Spurs

Gylfi Sigurdsson is happy to be latest Icelander making it big at Tottenham.

Compatriot Gudni Bergsson also played for Spurs before moving onto Bolton Wanderers.

"Gudni was a centre half, so I didn't look up to him that much!" Sigurdsson joked with the Telegraph. "I respect him for what's he's done. He's a lawyer, very clever. Gudni does a football highlights programme, like Match of the Day. I looked up to Eidur Gudjohnsen; he was doing very well at Bolton, Chelsea and here at Spurs.

"I've always looked up to Frank Lampard. He's scored a couple of goals from midfield in the last 10 years! He's unbelievable. His goalscoring record is phenomenal."
