Gylfi Sigurdsson admits it's been a tough week at Tottenham after their 6-0 thrashing by Manchester City.
Spurs resume action tonight at Europa League opponents Tromso.
"We're all very disappointed," Sigurdsson told the Spurs website.
"But the main thing now is to get the right reaction and make sure we get back to winning ways.
"We're only four points off second place, so we can look at it that way. The important thing is to get the right results in our next matches and to make December a positive month."
