New Siena owner Massimo Mezzaroma admits beating the drop is now a real possibility.

Siena continued their impressive recent form with a 1-0 win over Bologna yesterday thanks to youth team player Marcelo Larrondo's first ever senior goal.

Mezzaroma said afterwards: "The lads are proving they believe and truly want to achieve safety. We are all pushing in the same direction and the results will come."
