Steve Sidwell has refused seeking a move away from Chelsea.

He said: "One of my aims is to play as much as possible, but that is not new. In my position it is really important to get games and try to get a run going so you can build up momentum and show what you can do.

"All the training in the world can't beat being in the action of a competitive game. Match fitness is what you need of course, but it also builds up confidence levels. Reading is definitely a game I am hoping to be involved in for obvious reasons."
