Steve Sidwell is pleased with his first six months at Fulham.
The former Aston Villa midfielder moved to Craven Cottage in January.
"I came to Fulham in January, so before then I kept my eye on Fulham's results, but obviously I wasn't here watching the games themselves," Sidwell told fulhamfc.com.
"What I have seen from January to now is that we have a fantastic squad, a great manager along with the Chairman and the fans, and one that is hopefully all geared up so next year we can go up a step and finish higher than 8th, where we finished this year."
