Fulham midfielder Steve Sidwell admits they must bounce back after defeat to Tottenham.
The midfielder put in a shift and a half at home to Tottenham on Saturday but even his hard graft could not prevent a 3-0 defeat which left Fulham with just one point from their past four games.
Sidwell said: "The first half was very even, our gameplan worked. But they were three disappointing goals in the second half. The result was a bit harsh considering the effort and the performance.
"Now we're on a bit of a bad run so we have to start picking up. We have to dust ourselves down and go again next week."
