Nicky Shorey will only leave Aston Villa for another Premiership club.
The England left-back has rejected a move to Nottingham Forest, says the Mirror, as he wants to stay in the top-flight.
Shorey could be on Fulham's radar as a potential replacement for Paul Konchesky, who has been linked with Birmingham City.
