Phil Jones could be sidelined for around a month after breaking a toe in England training.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that Jones may miss Manchester United's crazy April schedule following an innocuous collision with club and country teammate Chris Smalling on Tuesday.
The 25-year-old defender has been forced to withdraw from Gareth Southgate's Three Lions squad for Wednesday night's friendly with Germany and Sunday's World Cup qualifier with Lithuania at Wembley.
It is understood that Jones now has a suspected broken toe which could see him miss around four weeks of action.
United have a cluttered fixture list next month, including the two legs of the Europa League quarter-final against Anderlecht, and crunch Premier League meetings with Everton, Chelsea and neighbours Manchester City.
