Antonio Conte has rocked Juventus by announcing his resignation. The coach admits he's decided to walk away over the pressure of the post.
"I need to announce the consensual decision to terminate the contract with Juventus, which tied us together for this season," he told Juventus Channel.
"There was a journey towards this decision.
"Let's say that winning is first of all difficult, wherever you are. It is inevitable that at such a prestigious and historically winning side as Juventus you are obliged to win, so it can be tough.
"However, someone who has proved himself to be a winner can survive that stress and I think I've proved it."
Conte thanked supporters during the farewell message.
"I say what they already know, a huge and infinite thanks for everything they've shown me over the years, both as a Coach and a player.
"What I want is for the fans to be proud of our three years, as we achieved something historic with three consecutive titles and the Serie A points record. Nobody can take that away from us.
"I want to thank all the players I've worked with over the years, who helped me to become a winning Coach and helped me to grow.
"I thank the club and Andrea Agnelli for choosing me three years ago in a tough moment for Juventus. I thank the kit staff, groundskeepers, chefs, everyone ho contributed with me to help this Juventus."
