Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho finally gave something back to the referees on Wednesday night.
The Portuguese is often critical of the performances of the match officials but was happy with how Andre Marriner and his assistants presided over his side's 1-0 win at West Ham United.
It was an end-to-end encounter with plenty of chances and talking points and according to Mourinho, the clash was governed well by Mr Marriner and his men.
"This match must be a nightmare for a referee. For me, Andre and his assistants had a good game," said Mourinho.
