Skysports.com reports Bolton defender Danny Shittu is hoping to find a new club before the close of the transfer window. The 2 year old is keen to be playing regularly this season as he looks to safeguard his place in the Nigeria squad ahead of next summer's World Cup finals.

"Bolton have agreed they will listen to offers for Danny and we are considering them now," his agent Rachael Anderson told skysports.com.

"Danny is keen to be playing on a regular basis and he will weigh up all offers that come his way.

"There has been a great deal of interest in Danny as he has a lot of experience and talent and hopefully we will resolve his future soon."
