Kilmarnock manager Kenny Shiels is hoping to sort a new contract with the club as soon as possible.
The 56-year old Northern Irishman is attracting interest from some clubs in England after guiding Killie to the League Cup this season but insists he has no desire to depart Rugby Park.
"There are nuts and bolts in every contract. It's not just about what Kilmarnock can offer me. It's also about what I can offer them.
"There have been clubs in touch. But clubs get in touch with clubs about managers all the time.""Nothing has happened yet. We hope to meet and hold talks by the start of next week. My intention is to stay at Kilmarnock," he told STV.
