AC Milan legend Andriy Shevchenko has jumped to the defence of vice-president Adriano Galliani.

There are calls inside the club for Galliani to step down.

"Galliani made Milan history and has always been at President Silvio Berlusconi's side. They have both worked at Milan from the first day.

"As for me, so far there are only rumours, but we'll see what happens in future."
