Tim Sherwood has reiterated the point that Tottenham are unlikely to bring in any new players this winter.
Spurs moved to sixth courtesy of a 2-1 win at Manchester United on Wednesday and manager Sherwood will not actively seek new players as he is of the belief that his squad is deep enough provided everybody is fully fit.
"When we have got everyone fit, we don't need any players," he said.
"We have to assess how long some of them are going to be out, because no-one is going to want to come for three weeks.
"You have to give these guys long-term contracts, so unless it was someone who was going to make the squad better, I'd rather go with the kids."
