Sherwood has staff in place as he waits for Palace talks

Tim Sherwood has all his badges and is ready to move back into management.

The Mail on Sunday says Sherwood, who was a stop gap manager at Tottenham last season, completed his Pro Licence in the summer.

He is on the shortlist to replace Pulis at Crystal Palace along with Malky Mackay and Chris Hughton.

If appointed Sherwood would want to take Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey, who worked under him at Tottenham.
