Tim Sherwood has turned on Tottenham's players.
Part of Harry Redknapp's coaching team, Sherwood rapped: "The manager likes to win matches.
"He cares. He's passionate about the game and, if he's not getting the results, then he's got the hump, like all of us have.
"Unfortunately, what I'm finding more and more is that managers and coaches actually care a lot more than the players, which is a real shame. But it's a fact.
"The transfer window's gone now and we're going to see which players want a long-term future at Spurs from now until the end of the season.
"We're in a dogfight and they have to roll up their sleeves and recognise the seriousness of our situation and really put in some performances because we're not doing it.
"We're capable of playing Arsenal on Sunday and beating them.
"But it's when you've got to go to difficult places like Bolton and Wigan and really grind a result out.
"We're not able to do that at the moment. But I'm sure we will - we HAVE to do that if we want to remain in the Premier League."
