Former Manchester United and Tottenham striker Teddy Sheringham says Fabio Capello needs to rethink his England tactics.

He said: "You have to be guided in the right way.

"You can try as hard as you like but if you aren't guided in the right way or managed properly you will look like you are underachieving. And that's what is happening."
