Jonjo Shelvey cannot wait to get started at Swansea City following his £6million move from Liverpool.
The 21-year old midfielder is determined to become a key figure at the Liberty stadium as the Capital One Cup winners look to improve in the Premier League as well as qualify compete in the Europa League competition.
"I've played European football for the last two seasons," he told The South Wales Evening Post.
"It's exciting for the fans and I'm sure the atmosphere will be buzzing at the Liberty for the night games.
"It will also give the players experience of going to different countries and facing different styles of play."
