Swansea City midfielder Ferrie Bodde has emerged as a transfer target for Sheffield Wednesday.
Owls boss Gary Megson has admitted to being an admirer of the 29-year old Dutchman, who has managed just four appearances in almost two years because of knee injuries, and the League One club could make a move for him this winter if it suits all parties.
"At that time he had really bad luck with cruciate problems and he's been out for a long time.
"He's a really good player. I don't know if anything will come off. It might suit Swansea, it might certainly suit Wednesday, it might suit Ferrie.
"It's early days yet, but it's certainly something I would be interested in. I'd need to speak to [Swansea manager] Brendan Rodgers and [chairman] Huw Jenkins about it.""I tried to sign Ferrie quite a few years ago when I was at Bolton," Megson said.
