Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Carlo Nash is wanted by Sheffield Wednesday.

Nash enjoyed a successful loan spell with Stoke at the end of last season and it was thought Potters boss Tony Pulis would follow that up with a cash offer.

However, Pulis has turned his attentions elsewhere.
