Sheffield United are ready to sign permanently striker Richard Cresswell.
The Sun says the Blades will sign injured on-loan Stoke City striker Cresswell, 32, for £500,000 in January.
Blades boss Kevin Blackwell said: "We have spoken with Cressy. When he is OK we'll sit down and talk again."
