Sheffield United are eyeing Manchester United striker James Wilson.
The Daily Mail says the Blades are in the queue of clubs ready to take United's Wilson on loan in January.
The striker was forced to return to the club after knee ligament injury cruelly cut short his season loan at Derby County in October 2016. He is now fully fit and scoring regularly for the U23s.
Asked whether a loan move could be on the cards in the new year, Wilson told MUTV: "I don't see why not. Obviously, the summer transfer window has gone and there was a lot of interest. But the staff all came to an agreement that I would stay until January to build on what I've already worked for.
"So I think it's certainly a possibility. We'll just have to talk and have a few conversations with the manager and certain people around here. I'm not ruling it out but we'll come to an agreement over what needs to be done."
