Bryan Robson has denied he has tried to take Bolton midfielder Stelios to Sheffield United.

Stelios has been mooted as a possible target, having seemingly fallen down the pecking order at The Reebok Stadium.

But Robson insists he has not made an approach for the Greece international, although he could be interested.

"He is a good player and of course I would be interested if a good player became available, but I haven't spoken to him," he told the club's official website.
