Sheffield United boss Danny Wilson is delighted with their deal for Manchester United striker John Cofie.

The youngster is joining the Blades on-loan.

"John's got the enthusiasm and exemplary attitude that you would expect from one of Sir Alex Ferguson's players," Wilson told the Sheffield Star.

"We know that he'll run his socks off and he's clearly got goals in him, although, like anyone, he'll need to work hard. We've got to be patient with him. Will he start from the off? We'll just have to see but I don't see any reason why he shouldn't. You've got to take the plunge some time."
