Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer feels Jose Mourinho has major issues inside the Chelsea dressing room.

The champions are reeling after defeat to Southampton yesterday.

"I think there are major problems in the Chelsea dressing room," Shearer said on Match of the Day.

"All his rocks from last season are crumbling. All his players are under performing. The players are not responding to him.

"He has tried criticising them in the media. He says he is the best manager, I say he is the best manager but he now has to go out and prove that.

"He has now got major, major problems at Chelsea, particularly in the dressing room."
