Luke Shaw is set to land a bumper pay-rise at Manchester United.
The Mirror says talks are said to be at an advanced stage over a new five year deal, with Shaw indicating he would now be prepared to commit to a long term agreement in the terms are right, after winning the confidence of the manager this season.
Details are yet to be finalised, but it is understood Shaw is happy with the outlines of the proposal which will see him receive a significant rise on his current £5m a year deal.
The England defender will see terms increased to £150,000-a-week.
If the finer points are concluded swiftly, the contract could even be signed by the end of the month, which would be a relief for the United board, with Shaw's current contract due to expire at the end of the season.
