Shanghai Shenhua are ready to throw the bank at Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka to bring him to China in January.
Anelka is off contract in June, but could be released early by Chelsea.
And Chinese Super League side Shanghai are ready to grant him a deal worth around £10m-a-year.
