Southampton striker Shane Long says they'll be gunning for Tottenham this weekend.

Long has backed Southampton to beat Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, allowing manager Ronald Koeman to claim the one scalp that has eluded him over his two seasons at St Mary's.

"The gaffer said in the last couple of years there's only two teams we didn't beat - Man City was one and Tottenham was the other, so that's one hurdle over," Long told Southampton's club website.

"Now we've got to go to Tottenham and try to repeat the same result."
