Shakhtar Donetsk want £20 million for Willian.
The Ukraine giants are inviting offers for the Brazilian after he went AWOL from training this week.
Willian is currently in Brazil and Shakhtar are now keen to hear from the long time suitors Tottenham and Chelsea about a sale.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has confirmed interest in Willian, while Chelsea are keen after losing out to Shakhtar for Metalist Kharkiv attacker Taison.
