Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Elano admits he's excited by news that Barcelona are keen to sign him.

Elano said: "I am very focused on Brazil and the Copa America, but I cannot hide my excitement by this news.

"I hope this information is true because to sign for Barcelona would be a dream turned reality."

The midfielder added: "I have already spoken to the coach and the president of Shakhtar and explained why I want to leave."
