Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk have confirmed a Chelsea bid for star winger Willian.
The 23-year old Brazilian has emerged as a target for the Blues this week with Shakhtar CEO Sergei Palkin telling Sky Sports News that they have received an offer from the West London outfit.
"We have received a bid from Chelsea for Willian valued at 20million (£16.7m), but he is not for sale," said Palkin.
The Chelsea offer has fallen short of Shakhtar's valuation of Willian as they see him priced at around £29million.
