AS Roma signing Seydou Keita is convinced of success this season.
Keita signed for Roma earlier this summer from Valencia.
"Roma is and has always been a big club," he told a Press conference. "They're on the back of a great season. I want to help the club to keep competing at the top
"Serie A is a major league and it's important for the club and me to be fighting for top spot.
"Yes, I've won a lot but I'll do everything I can for as long as my head and body hold up. It would be great to win a title here.
"I've got a one-year contract but I actually asked if I could focus on just one season.
"If things go well, both the club and I will be happy to extend my stay. A year is a long time - it's a daily battle over 9 months.
"It's tough to say what Roma will do. The club had a great season and we have an excellent squad which will be strengthened."
