Sevilla are ready to send Abdoulay Konko back to Italy in January.

The former Genoa wing-back has failed to make an impression on coach Manolo Jimenez's first team since his summer arrival. Sevilla do not want to sell, but are willing to allow Konko to return to Serie A on-loan for the second-half of the campaign.

Palermo have already made an approach for the £7 million summer signing.
