Sevilla warn Man Utd, Liverpool of Rakitic price

Sevilla insist they're not under pressure to sell Ivan Rakitic.

The Daily Express says Manchester United and Liverpool have been told they must meet Rakitic's release clause of £33m.

New Sevilla president Jose Castro is confident of keeping the 25-year-old at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.

"Ivan Rakitic has a year and a half of his contract remaining. I have absolutely no doubts that we're going to reach an agreement with him," Castro said speaking at a Sevilla Supporters' Club meeting.
