Sevilla are threatening Borussia Dortmund's plans for Barcelona striker Paco Alcacer.

RAC1 says Sevilla are favourites to sign Alcacer, though a BVB delegation is now in Barcelona for negotiations.

The striker has been told by Barca he can leave before the end of the month.

While Sevilla hope to take Alcacer on-loan, BVB have intimated a willingness to cough up for a straight permanent signing this week.

For his part, Alcacer favours staying in Spain.
