Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo believes they're back on track with new coach Gregorio Manzano.
Last Thursday Sevilla beat in-form Borussia Dortmund 1-0 away from home in the Europa League and Sunday they downed one of Manzano's old clubs Atletico, racing into a 3-0 lead inside 52 minutes to pick up their first win in five home games.
Negredo, who scored his side's opening goal, told his club's website: "We deserved a victory like that. We know it was going to be difficult so we're happy to have won like that because it leaves a great taste in the mouth."
Regarding Manzano, Negredo added: "We've worked little with him but very intensely and that's being shown on the pitch. He's a great coach and is leading the team very well.
"We now have two weeks in which to work and we will be more relaxed than if we had got another result.
"Now we will work with calmness. We have time for the dressing room and the coaching staff to get to know each other and achieve the things we want."
