Sevilla striker Fredi Kanoute has welcomed talk of a move to AC Milan.

The former Tottenham forward said: "My ambition has always been to play for a big club, for a team of quality. To see my name linked to Milan is a fantastic feeling. I have always said that I love Sevilla, the quality of life is fantastic, I love this place and I'm fine but you never know.

"I am 31 years of age, so who knows, but these rumours about Milan are fantastic. We are talking about one of the biggest clubs, with so many wonderful players."
