Sevilla have rejected a £12.5 million offer from Tottenham for winger Diego Capel.

The Times says the Spurs offer would have involved the Spanish club also withdrawing two compensation claims.

Sevilla claim that they are owed £3 million in compensation from Tottenham for Juande Ramos, who left for White Hart Lane in October, and they have taken action against their former head coach for breach of contract.
